However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided if the product can be returned in a similiar condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged.

Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
